It is the policy of Family Mobile Medical Services, Inc. that each patient has certain basic rights and is entitled to a level of service that reflects recognition of those rights.

We, at Family Mobile Medical Services, Inc. therefore pledge that every patient we provide service to AS STANDARD WILL...

Be treated with respect and courtesy, equally, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, physical disabilities, age or social standing;
Be responded to promptly and receive the highest level of care possible within the scope of the profession of the Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician or Driver;
Be provided appropriate pre-transport evaluation and preparation; careful handling; monitoring of condition including vital signs and attention to medical needs during transport; and a comfortable, safe and professional transport to their destination;
Be served with well-maintained and properly functioning equipment including ambulance, stretchers, oxygen equipment, etc.;
Be provided with clean linens, blankets, masks, and other supplies;
Receive cheerful, attentive, and professional services throughout the course of the call or interaction.
