Family Mobile Medical Services, Inc. Patient Bill of Rights

It is the policy of Family Mobile Medical Services, Inc. that each patient has certain basic rights and is entitled to a level of service that reflects recognition of those rights.

We, at Family Mobile Medical Services, Inc. therefore pledge that every patient we provide service to AS STANDARD WILL...

  • Be treated with respect and courtesy, equally, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, physical disabilities, age or social standing;
  • Be responded to promptly and receive the highest level of care possible within the scope of the profession of the Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician or Driver;
  • Be provided appropriate pre-transport evaluation and preparation; careful handling; monitoring of condition including vital signs and attention to medical needs during transport; and a comfortable, safe and professional transport to their destination;
  • Be served with well-maintained and properly functioning equipment including ambulance, stretchers, oxygen equipment, etc.;
  • Be provided with clean linens, blankets, masks, and other supplies;
  • Receive cheerful, attentive, and professional services throughout the course of the call or interaction.
